People should love what they do each day when they walk through their door to their job-either you went to college to be in the profession you are in, or you just make a pretty decent amount of money that you just push through it- that is what I did! I would go to work each day and of course embrace each day to the fullest, but I knew I wasn't happy! Working with children for as long as I did, I thought the next thing was to receive my masters degree in education. So, that is exactly what I did, I followed what I thought was "what I was suppose to do". Again, I was constantly reminding myself how much I needed to just push through- and then one day, I just woke up and said, "This isn't for me, I need more out of life and I need to feel fulfilled". I took the biggest gamble and walked away from everything else and put the studio ahead of it all. It was the best decision I have made. There have been some hurdles that I have had to overcome (the pandemic), but here I am, able to say how much I LOVE MY JOB!
With teaching spin for over 8 years I bring a different style to each and every class, from soul cycle, to fly wheel to the basics of stationary riding. I’ve had a passion for fitness since I began my journey in teaching several years ago. Watching members transform right in front of me, has inspired me to continue to do what I love to do. I am excited to bring my passion to the studio and hope that the members enjoy the journey as much as I do! Together I hope that we are able to reach the sky and grow as a team who are all eager to reach their fitness goals!
Well, where should I start with my good friend Jessica?! Jessica use to take my classes at another gym for years, and well, I approached her, told her I was opening my own place and that she should get certified- within 24 hours she was spin certified and teaching all of my 5:00 AM rides! Believe it or not, Jessica "wanted", the 5:00 AM rides, she said that was one of the deals of getting certified, was that she would do the early classes. She works full-time as an X-Ray technologist as well as per-diem at one of the hospitals in Providence. She takes it all on and does such a great job doing it all!
Jessica went to Rhode Island College and holds a bachelors of science in Radiologic Technology- Currently Jessica teaches every Tuesday at 6:00 AM, but be sure to check her out on days she subs other time slots.
Jessica is certified through MADD Dog as well as CPR certified.
Not only is Stephanie the owners sister, but decided to get certified to help her along her journey and new venture. Stephanie works full-time as a para-professional at an elementary school and has for over 16 years. She is married with two small children. Stephanie knew that getting certified was going to be a challenge as she was not much for working out, she wanted to give it a shot, and who knew she is now addicted.
She teaches every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 4:30 as well as Saturdays at 8:30 AM.
-Stephanie graduated from Rhode Island College with her degree in Science and Arts with concentration in Psychology.
-Stephanie is certified through MADD Dog with her spin certification as well as CPR certified.
Alexia is our latest instructor to join the studio! She is a full time student at Roger Williams University and is pursuing a Bachelors degree in Legal Studies. She plans on applying to the Roger Williams University - School of Law to pursue her dream of becoming a lawyer upon graduation! She has been involved in numerous sports since she was a child and has continued that passion for physical fitness into adulthood. She started out as a die hard member- attending 5-6 classes a week, and decided “why not” when given the opportunity to try out as a spin instructor. You can expect high energy, EDM music, punk rock music, and a little hip hop in her classes. Her favorite class to teach is an Interval/HIIT class because she loves to crush the miles on her bike every ride.
Be sure to join her for a class if you want to push yourself while jamming out to great music!

Kristy has been a lover of spin class since 2014. Exercise has always been a passion, but she has had a particular interest in spin. There's nothing like a good high-intensity cardio workout to get those endorphins going! Her playlist is full of upbeat songs that'll have you singing along. Kristy's class will leave you exhausted, but wanting more!
Kristy has her bachelor's and master's degree from Bridgewater State College. Her full time job is as a teacher in an elementary school. Some of her favorite things include dogs, pizza and family time.

Climbs/Hills-- A ride that includes several successive climbs/hills that will result in a sprint for recovery. The entire ride will not be based off of the listed class description but will have variety to offer recovery. Climbs/Hills will give you the strength and endurance to meet your fitness goals.
Sprints/Flats- The benefits of sprinting are endless. It's an excellent cardiovascular exercise, it increases your stamina, burns a lot of calories in a short time and moreover, it gives a boost to your metabolism so even when your workout is over, it keeps on burning calories. As with every ride, you make it your own.
Interval/HITT- High Intense Interval Training- this class offers intense anaerobic exercise with less recovery time to maximize your cardiovascular effort.
45 MIN Ride- Is a combination of all classes listed above.
3 LB & 5 LB weights are provided for each ride along with some resistant bands that are used for some of the rides.
