Indoor cycling is a wonderful way to get the cardio you need into your fitness routine. Cycling is for every level fitness enthusiast. From advanced riders to your casual stroll in the park type of rider. When you register for your first class free- all of the instructors will remind you to go at your own pace that works for you and your body. I always say, "You took the first step showing up, don't make it more than it needs to be and have some fun!"
Monthly will expire after the date of purchase. Contract packages will continue to run each month on a set date. You would need to let staff know when you wanted to cancel as it will auto-renew.
This package will auto-renew each month until member cancels.

6:00 AM- Interval/HITT
9:00 AM- 45 min ride
6:00 PM- Sprints/Flats
Tuesdays:
6:00 AM- Climbs/Hills
8:30 AM- Sprints/Flats
6:00 PM- Circuit training/Spin
Wednesdays:
6:00 AM- Climbs/Hills
9:00 AM- Circuit training/Spin
6:00 PM- 45 min ride
Thursdays
8:30 AM- Interval/HITT
6:00 PM- Circuit training/ Spin
Fridays
6:00 AM- Sprints/ Flats
9:00 AM- Climbs/ Hills
Saturdays
7:00 AM- Interval/ HIIT
8:30 AM- Sprints/ Flats
Climbs/Hills-- A ride that includes several successive climbs/hills that will result in a sprint for recovery. The entire ride will not be based on the listed class description but will have a variety to offer recovery. Climbs/Hills will give you the strength and endurance to meet your fitness goals.
Sprints/Flats- The benefits of sprinting are endless. It's an excellent cardiovascular exercise, it increases your stamina, burns a lot of calories in a short time and it gives a boost to your metabolism so even when your workout is over, it keeps on burning calories. As with every ride, you make it your own.
Interval/HITT- High Intense Interval Training- this class offers intense anaerobic exercise with less recovery time to maximize your cardiovascular effort.
Circuit/Spin- This is a 30-minute spin ride and 30 min off the bike, doing circuit training for the duration of the bike with the use of gym equipment in the back. Be sure to bring sneakers to this class!
Circuit Training Class- This class will consist of several different exercise stations being set up around a room. The participants will be split up into groups of two or three people, each starting at one specific station and doing the exercise at that station for a set period.
45 MIN Ride- This is a combination of all classes listed above.
3 LB & 5 LB weights are provided for each ride along with some resistant bands that are used for some of the rides.
Membership Agreement:
This agreement reminds the member that after the promotional rate that was offered upon signing up, you will be auto-enrolled in the original monthly contract price of $85 per month. This will NOT be waived or refunded as the member is aware that after the discounted months they will continue the normal rate of the unlimited monthly fee.
If you decide to cancel your membership during the specific months of the contract (4-month promotional rate) you owe the studio the difference of the months for exiting the contract before the date. You can cancel at ANY time AFTER you have completed the promotional 4 months of unlimited cycle classes.
Members who DO NOT show up for a registered class are responsible for the $30 no-show fee. Members who cancel during the 4 hours prior to class starts will also receive a $30 fee. These fees are NON-refundable and cannot be added to your next month of payment.
