Our Team

Meet the Owner: Stacie Bennett

Love What You Do
I’ve always believed that people should love what they do when they walk through the doors of their workplace. For a long time, I didn’t. I went to work each day, gave it my all, and embraced every moment—but deep down, I knew I wasn’t happy. I had worked with children for years and thought the “next step” was to earn my master’s degree in education. So that’s what I did, following the path I thought I was supposed to take. But the truth is, I was constantly telling myself to just “push through.” One day, I woke up and realized: This isn’t for me. I need more out of life. I need to feel fulfilled.

So, I took a leap of faith. I walked away from what was safe and put my heart into opening my studio. It was the biggest gamble of my life—and the best decision I’ve ever made. Yes, there have been hurdles (hello, pandemic!), but today I can proudly say: I love my job.

The Ride That Fuels Me
I’ve been teaching spin for over 12 years, bringing different styles to every class—whether it’s SoulCycle-inspired, Flywheel vibes, or the basics of stationary riding. Fitness has always been my passion, and seeing members transform right in front of me continues to inspire me every single day. My goal is to share that passion in every ride and create a space where members can enjoy the journey just as much as I do. Together, I know we can grow as a team and crush our fitness goals!

Expanding the Journey
In 2023, I became a certified Personal Trainer—another step that felt right. While I’ve always loved the cardio side of transformation, working one-on-one with clients in strength training has been just as rewarding. With my second studio now open (with more space and gym equipment!), I’m excited to offer personalized training sessions alongside our group rides.

If you’re looking for a trainer who’s as invested in your success as you are—let’s work together. I can’t wait to help you unlock your strength, confidence, and potential!

Instructor: Stephanie White

Meet Stephanie

Not only is Stephanie the owner’s sister, but she’s also an essential part of the studio’s journey. Wanting to support her sister’s new venture, Stephanie decided to get certified—and what started as a challenge quickly turned into a passion. Once hesitant about working out, she took a leap, and now she’s hooked!

Stephanie has worked full-time as a para-professional at an elementary school for over 16 years. She’s also a proud wife and mom to two young children, balancing family, career, and her love for fitness.

She earned her degree in Science and Arts with a concentration in Psychology from Rhode Island College. Today, she’s certified through Madd Dogg Athletics in spin and is CPR certified, bringing both knowledge and energy to every ride.

Stephanie’s story proves that sometimes the biggest surprises come when you step outside your comfort zone—and she can’t wait to motivate and inspire others to do the same.

Instructor: Beth Collins

Meet Beth
Beth has been part of the Cycle Barn Studio family since December 13, 2021, and from day one she’s brought incredible energy to every single ride. On April 1, 2024, she took the next step and officially joined our team of instructors—and we couldn’t be more excited!

By day, Beth works as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Hasbro Inc., and she studied Accountancy at UMass Dartmouth. But fitness has always been part of her life. In fact, Beth taught spin before joining our studio, and it shows—after just one ride with her, you’ll see exactly why she’s such a natural on the podium.

Beth’s classes are filled with energy, motivation, and fun. Don’t miss the chance to clip in and ride with her—you’ll leave feeling stronger, inspired, and ready for more!

Instructor: Krissa Cusanelli

Krissa went to Wheaton College and graduated in 2019 with a BA in computer science. She has been working at Amica Mutual Insurance Company as an IT developer ever since. The first spin class she ever took was in college so she was ecstatic when she discovered Cycle Barn Studio in 2021! Prior to that, she had been a runner but now much prefers to spin!

Register for one of her rides you won't be disappointed!

Instructor: Jessica Oliveira

Jessica has been an instructor at Cycle Barn Studio since the very first day I opened. She started her journey alongside mine with teaching every Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5:00 AM and every Tuesday at 6:00 AM! Jessica was a member at another gym that I taught at before opening my own space, I knew she would be a great addition to my team and she for sure has been just that!

Jessica is a full-time x-ray technologist and the site lead at the practice she works at. She studied Radiology Technology at Rhode Island College and Graduated in 2013. Jessica married her best friend Tyler in 2019 and recently welcomed her first baby in 2023 . Keep an eye on the schedule she has been known to pop up as a sub or a surprise duel!

Small Group Training Coach

Rebecca joined the studio back in August 2020, and from the moment she walked in, she brought everyone with her—literally! She invited all her friends and immediately shared her passion for indoor cycling. Her energy was contagious, her determination obvious, and she quickly became a bright spot in every class.

When the studio closed due to COVID, Rebecca stepped into the early stages of her college journey, working toward her degree in Education, so she was away from the studio for a while. But when we moved to Seekonk, Rebecca and her sister reached out about returning—and I was thrilled. She had always been such a joy to have in class, and I was eager to get her back in the saddle.

As summer came to an end, Rebecca and I started talking about reintroducing some 4:30 classes, like I offered back in the Rehoboth location. We agreed that it needed to be something separate from cycling since we already had a 6 PM spin class and didn’t want to take away from that group or its momentum. We looked at each other and said, “Why not focus more on strength training and incorporate callisthenics for warm-ups and cardio?”

It was the perfect idea—simple, smart, and exactly what our members needed. Together, we created what is now our full small-group weight training class, which has been on the schedule consistently since September 2025. What started as just a twice a week class that was full with a waitlist, we now offer it 3 times in the evening and twice in the morning because of its popular demand!

If you haven’t taken one of her classes yet, make sure you register soon. Trust me—you won’t regret it.
